Whole Food Plant Based Egg Nog

Is there a more festive drink at Christmas than Egg Nog? 

Decadent, rich and creamy with warm spices, it's the perfect holiday bevy. Traditional egg nog is made using lots of eggs, sugar & cream. It's delicious, but not exactly the healthiest thing to sip during your Christmas movie marathon. 

We've crafted a healthier version made without all those eggs & cream. It's lighter and healthier while still being just as creamy and dreamy as the original, so you can binge watch Love Actually without the stomach ache. 

This version is gluten free, dairy free, plant based, and made entirely with whole food. The best part? It's SUPER easy. 


  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon & more to sprinkle on top
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until fully mixed together
  2. Pour into glasses & top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Makes 2 servings.
