Smoothie Bowls (Banana Ice Cream) - Gluten Free & Vegan

With the spring weather just around the corner, it's time to bust out one of our favs! Smoothie bowls are basically just an excuse to eat ice cream for breakfast and who doesn't love that? Recipe below!

Ingredients:

2 bananas, chopped into bite sized pieces and frozen
1/2 cup coconut milk

Toppings:

Handful of cocao nibs
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 Seedy Tahini Boho Bar 
Raspberry Jam

Instructions:

1. Place frozen banana chunks and coconut milk in a high speed blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides and stir as you go to ensure a smooth consistency. Add more coconut milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.

2. Place in bowl and top with suggested toppings. Enjoy!
